By creating an account or using MyFreshFridge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity in it. Keep your login private. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Fresh and Household) are billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with advance notice before your next renewal.

Food safety and health

Expiration estimates, storage tips, freezer guidance, nutrition and macro estimates, allergen warnings and AI-generated recipes are general information only. They can be wrong. Always check food for spoilage, read product labels, follow safe cooking temperatures and confirm ingredients are safe for anyone with allergies or medical needs. MyFreshFridge does not provide medical, nutritional or dietary advice; talk to a professional for that.

Household sharing

Household plan members can invite others to share a kitchen. Only invite people you trust; members can view and change shared content. The plan owner can remove members.

Your content

You own the recipes, photos and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it to run the app for you. Only upload content you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app — for example by attempting to access other accounts, overloading the service, scraping it or using it for anything unlawful.

Affiliate links and sponsored offers

Some product links are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Sponsored offers are labeled. Purchases are made with the retailer, not with us.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including spoiled food or illness, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes and ending use

We may update these terms and will note the date above. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
